Babies and buddies

Your child learns best with familiar faces. Our babies and buddies model gives each baby a primary kaiako and a small peer group. This steady team supports calm settling, clear cues, and secure relationships. You stay informed with same-day notes, photo moments, and a short handover at pick-up.

We follow respectful practice. We invite your baby to be part of the care. We pause and wait for cues. We keep movements unhurried. This builds trust and a strong sense of belonging. It also makes feeds, sleep, and play smoother for everyone.
